MM 700 Series

THE NEW SERIES OF X RAY INSPECTION EQUIPMENT

MM 700 is a X-ray scanner that allows to automatically control the quality/production standards and to identify any anomalies/defects.

MM 700 is a non-destructive inspection system that automatically checks product compliance to the company’s quality standards and reports any defects or anomalies of various kinds within the component under consideration ( uppers, heels, also shoes/bag already boxed, furs etcs ).
MM 700 is a control system that works either inegrated in a production line or at the end of the same as well as in the centers where the finished products are received.
Machine is equipped with various connectivity options
(WiFi, 3G, 5G, USB stick).
It is possible to remotely access to the machine from any device (PC, Tablet, smartphone) supporting TeamViewer or similar techonolgy,
in order to verify the operation and operating parameters.

Detects and report automatically any fragments of broken needles during seam (min. diameter 0.4 mm or 0,2 mm on request with a ZOOM function for punctual inspection
Detects and reports automatically eventual insole fixing nail/staple or other object/tooling forgotten inside the item under control with a ZOOM function for punctual inspection
Automatically inspects product (shoes / bags or others items) still in the production process or already boxed (max. inspectionable dimension 700x300x200 h mm)
Inspection time around 6 seconds
Station consisting of all in one PC of the last generation with touch screens, 23” or higher monitor for complete viewing of the image, wireless keybord and mouse
Work with one or two operators (IN/OUT system)
New icon/symbol operator interface which allows easy use also for untrained operators to use the m/c
Ready for online support and can be programmed assisted, and so on, from our factory in Vigevano via Internet
It is predisposed to interfacing and exchanging data with other machines
or other factory phoses/sectors.
